It's great being treated like an adult. School was a bit boring for me. Honest, I kept thinking and saying to myself I was thick. The tutors at Springboard keep telling me I'm not. They're good at explaining things. They push me hard at work. I don't mind it, though. I'm doing an NVQ Level 1 in Business Administration learning about phones, finances, timesheets, faxes and things like that.
I now have the confidence to meet new people. I really didn't know what I wanted to do at first. Being at Springboard has turned this around for me. I'm training to become an office administrator. That's what I want to be. I can't wait!
