There are lots of different jobs in engineering. Put simply, engineers design, make, install, maintain and repair machines and other items. A machine could be a small domestic appliances like a washing machine or something on a much bigger scale like turbines in a power station. You could be working in a factory or workshop or on a building or civil engineering construction site.
